VALENTINE SWEETHEARTS
Who needs to send Valentine cards
To say what we feel deep in our hearts
When expression of words are just as good
Even when it's carved in wood.
A little red heart that says 'I Love You'
Is sealed with a kiss to tell you my love is true.
Now that we're far apart,
We can only write what we feel in our hearts.
All the shared smiles and tears
Will be remembered throughout the year-
For memories are all we have to remember each other by;
Some will make us smile, others will make us cry.
So, on this special Valentine's Day,
A very special poem for a very special guy is on it's way
To send you my love
That's truer than the stars above.
Someday soon we'll spend every holiday together
As Valentine Sweethearts - now and for ever.
