CONSISTENT LOVE

It seems 2 me that

U

will delight in the permanence

of your newly acquired residence

but like the thrill of wearing

a newly bought ensemble

this newness will wear off

the pleasure will become monotonous

still it seems 2 me that

U

are delighted over your pieces

of life/living collections

haven been archived in

THE NATURAL FEMALE MUSEUM OF HER

artifacts-categorized, placed,

stored, I'm sure folded and

neat- intimately discreet

but as the wear & tear

starts its deterioration

the newness has converted

2 staleness, oldness and U may wish upon

some GLIMPSE of a fallen star

2 merge yourself with an oldness that WILL ALWAYS preserve itself

remaining consistently new

MY LOVE

It seem to me
that whoever your Muse be,
that one has given you
both a silver quill
and a golden tongue.
Only Love can write
poems as beautiful as these.
