It’s Saturday and your father convinces you and your brother to go to see the National Championship to a restaurant. You think; It’s a great idea and a good way to have a good time. The hour hits and you start to leave the house to go to the restaurant. During the trip, you talk about the game and who you want to win, and of course it’s all over the place. You get to the restaurant and ask for a table next to a TV to see the game. You start to order the drinks and appetizers. That’s when your dad orders a double shot tequila. The game starts and everything is going fine and your team scores a touchdown. It’s half past the second quarter and we order the food to start eating. When the food arrives, your dad has already finished two double shots of tequila and orders a third, and that’s when you notice that things will get out of your control. The third quarter starts and your dad starts to shout inside the restaurant and you and your brother tell him to chill out but he doesn’t listen to both of you, and the game starts to go his way. The game goes completely his way and not yours. He starts to scream more and more and orders a fourth double shot. Your brother and you try to calm him down with no success. You notice the crowd around and they look at him awkwardly. Your brother tries to stop him but the only thing he gets back is horrible name calling by his own father and the same happens to you. Giving up is your best chance, but he orders another double shot. The game ends and he won you lost in all ways. You ask for the check and pay. Your dad tells the employ a horrible joke and the waiter gives an awkward laugh. You start to think this was supposed to be a good night and the only thing that happen is get bullied by your own father in a public place full of unknown people. You quickly take the car keys so that your father doesn’t drive back. He sits, and he falls asleep like nothing even happened. The only thing that you are thinking is a promise you make to yourself of never going out again with him.
