I’m tired of all the hate and violence

This world has suffered long enough

I’m tired of all the lies and silence

Have we forgotten how to love?

Why does it seem like the world is ending?

What will it take for us to start mending?

I’m tired of politics dividing us,

Leading us away from what’s real

I’m sick of the bullshit they’re feeding us,

Leaving us all too numb to feel

Why does it seem like the world is ending?

What will it take for us to start mending?

Where is the light that keeps us believing?

Is any of this still worth defending?

Is Jesus still planning on descending

Or will the devil be the one defeating us?
