You thought you had me beat huh?

Everything you have done to me

I have forgiven you for because

God told me to because you have

Yours coming to you one day soon.

Remember what goes around must

Always come around and it is

Going to slap you in the face.

See I am over it, everything about

You I am over! That includes our

Love we thought we had together.

Your smile no longer makes my heart

Beat faster, your touch no longer

Makes me want you even more, no

Longer will I stand in the rain

And cry waiting, hoping for you

To realize that I am still there.

See I realize that all the times

We were together, you were nothing

But lies. why couldn't you just tell

Me the truth about yourself instead

You hide everything from me. That's

Wanted you to realize that I'm not

Going to shed anymore tears over you.

I take one more look in your eyes and

Smile because you can't drag me down.

Then I turn and walk out the door knowing
