Ode to Blackness
Many attribute this ode to my being Black,
But if this be ode
...Like I said before...
But if this ode is to be attributed
To my being
Then it must,
...I say, ...include my being white
For in all Blackness, I am you, He,
and the Other One
For in all Blackness, in all truth,
"I" does not exist - We are one
Therefore we exist - Created in the image of God
Is not the reflection
...I said, as I said before...
Is not the reflection equal to it's casting image?
Therefore God is, and we are not
...I said and I say, and as I said before...
Therefore God is, and we are not
All praises be to God
God is love - Let us learn from this love and we will find God
Sex is not love
...I said as I said, and I say as I said before...
Sex is not love
Murder is not love - Murder is not love
Charity is not love - Enslavement is not love
Handed down freedom is not love - Tho' true love is free from
bondage
So let us find self in quest for love
There we find God
you definately speak the truth and i love the way that you form each poem...with each word meaning so very much
i can feel your mund through your words and your mind is great ...
