they call it Karma some

(as do I)

others blame it on luck

then curse it to be bad

(I do not believe in luck - good or bad)



I pray an aged old prayer

for courage

for patience

for wisdom

with the addage of forgiveness

and then I dare

dare to live another day

dare to breathe another breath

dare to sing another praise

and be thankful

that my Lord gives a care
