I know there must be someone for me
I put my faith that he will find me one day
Yet, I can’t help but wonder
Has he been in front of me this whole time?

Meeting by chance
Secrets revealed that no one knows
How can it be that he has brought this out of me?
If only I understood

Friends do not understand
Though they know of these feelings
How can I bring this up?
I don’t want to ruin this friendship

And yet
I find that I want more
