            I lie my head down

             While thinking of you

                my world has come crashing around me

             Since i met you.

              

              My eyes fill with tears

                While thinking of what you said

             You'd always love me

                 But I know how this game is played.



               You always seem to pick me up

                 When I'm down on my knees

               And when I'm just getting comfortable

                  You let me fall again.



                You try to be innocent

                  You try to be helpful

                But all you do is hurt me

                  Especially when I found out about her.



                And then I realize

                   That i don't need this

                Cuz once again you've left me

                    Alone in the dark!
