   I pretend to step aside, and ignore the words u say bout me. I pretend to fly, and ignore the ground touching my feet. I surrender my thought, of a hopeless girl. I hope u fought, when lost was the word. I was promised a swollen lip, but got a broken heart. I trigger a flip kick, but fell apart. I saw u cry, and placed my hand on ur shoulder. I swear i tried, and it all got colder. Now i sit contemplating if i should go back. Wondering if i need to stay me, and how youd react. So i sit and wait. Maybe the answer will come to me.
