Wish I could close my eyes,
and your face wouldn’t come to me.

Wish I could hear a song,
and your name wouldn’t come to my mind.

Wish I could smile,
without hearing you say goodbye.

Wish I could watch the rain,
and not miss you so much.

Wish I could write you a letter,
and know just once that you got it.

Wish that I felt that it matters,
that I really cared about you.

Wish I could wake up,
and be able to talk to you again.

Wish I could hear your voice,
and think it’s all a dream.

Wish I could cry again,
wish I could remember you more.

Wish I could’ve met you,
could’ve hugged you,
seen you smile.

Wish I could feel you,
when I feel like I’m all alone.

Wish I knew you could hear me,
when I sing for you.

Wish I knew you could see me,
when I smile, just for you.

Wish I could be held by you,
when I’m feeling dead inside.

Wish I could tell you,
what I hadn’t known
till the day you were gone forever.

Wish I could kiss you,
say I love you,
and goodbye.
