Family The collapsible lemonade stand
is packed, and taken down.
Amongst the many other things
that Summer's all about.
Just like a flannel'd scarecrow
or rakes to clear the yard.
When Autumn's fall is over
there put back in the garage,
And, Spring much like the others
after sprouting from a bud.
The hedge that grows a flower
whithers, then it's gone,
But different then it's sisters
in the Winter months it seems
people always come together
when all the seasons freeze.
Our families all around us
sharing precious times.
Gifts we have for loved ones
or the presents that they buy.
It reminds us what's important.
For the problems and the tears
packed away like decorations
each winter every year.
