To-gether (1953)

Together we've fought the battles of life

Together we've shared the sorrow and strife

Shared all the smiles as well as the tears

we've shared them together for thirty three years.

We've Watched life go on, as we stood side by side

Together we've felt a parents deep pride

Knew parents joys, and Knew parent's fears,

Shared them together for thirty three years.

It's sweet to look back on the life that we have led

But far sweeter now to look on ahead

And make this one wish as we smile through our years

Together to share the next thirty three tears.
