Here I sit once again all alone with just my thoughts to listen
Just my thoughts mean there's no one at all to disagree
No one to tell me I'm wrong
Which means no one to tell me I'm right
No one to tell me it's okay
Which means no one to tell me to wait
Here I sit again all alone with just my thoughts to listen
No one to tell me to slow down
No one to tell me it's too much
No one to ask what was I thinking
At least not until it's to late and no longer matters

No one to tell how tired I am
So of course I just keep on going
No one to "go to"
Which means, of course, I'm the "go to" person
