Rain again
That's what the forecast says
Dark clouds thickening, cutting off the light from above
Just as they are threatening to cut off the light that's within
Alone again
Rain falling around me
Hiding the tracks of my tears
Maybe tomorrow will be brighter they say
But we all know that tomorrow never comes
We live in a world of yesterdays and todays
Rain is falling harder now
As dark as the clouds are the rain is cleansing, refreshing
I hear we need the rain to help us grow
Suddenly, a smile
No more tears are falling
Why wait for a tomorrow that will never come
With each passing storm I'm a little stronger
Finally a break in the clouds
A smile on my face
I've finally unlocked ths mystery and it was so simple
Stop waiting for a brighter tomorrow
