This is the place, this is the time.
Today is the day that I am fine.
No daze, no haze,
No thoughtless gaze.
Sit under the sun,
And soak up the rays.
I don't care how little this job pays,
Because I could sit here and write words for days.
At least I get some cash and
Go home and get some passion.
I'm sporting happiness like it's the latest fashion.
For once it doesn't depend on trashin'.
And you can't clash with that.
I'm hooking myself up fat.
My health means more to me than just some stat.
No frustration, just gravitation.
Dedication and motivation
Have no limitations.
Just think of the asians
Who reached this land first.
They were one with birth and trees and Earth.
Technological advancement
Is an enhancement
Of primitive bad energy.
Just listen to me,
I will not be sucked in
By greed and common sin.
And I will certainly stay away from gin.
That's enough to make anyone grin.
And so today I shine.
It's a good day to rhyme.
I don't Fort Knox my love
Because I know that she's mine.
Forever and always.
Until the end of time
And existence itself.
Until reality expires from it's life on the shelf.
Damn right, my delight cannot be stolen.
I couldn't be this happy if I was rollin'.
I don't care where I go
While I constantly flow
Through the biggest mystery
Of love and misery.
Negative thoughts just don't appear.
Good vibes are all I see and hear.
I'm so glad to be living without the fear
That I always seem to find in beer.
But everything today is as crystal clear
As this is where I belong
And I'm staying here.
