It was just last night,
that my sister got mad,
saying she hated herself.

The cause for all that
was that she had asked our mom
if she could go to her best friend's house,
to work on a project.

Mom said yes,
but the girl had
to have at least
one parent there.

Also, my sister had
to call her once they got there.

My sister didn't,
but her friend called,
and lied to my mother,
saying that her father was there.

But he wasn't there,
he was held up at work.

My mom isn't stupid,
she knew that the girl was lying.

My sister backed her friend up,
because she didn't want to come home yet,
but the lying was a mistake.

My mom went and picked my sister up,
she had a few strands of hair dyed red,
and was crying when they got home.

My sister had to stay in my mother's sight,
and she was not happy about this.

She was spitting out words,
hateful, mean, hurtful words.

Saying she hates her life,
and why did she have to be born,
that she wanted to die.

She was punching herself in the forehead,
it was a sickening sound!

My mother had to tuitor someone,
and my sister asked to go to the bathroom.

Since my mother had the guy with her,
she just said yes,
even though she wanted
me to go up with my sister.

She didn't need to worry,
because I was worried
that my sister would hurt herself.

So, I went upstairs, too.
I sat on my bed,
and heard some thumping,
so I jumped up,
and snuck to the bathroom door.

I pushed it open quickly,
and my sister turned her face to look at me,
and she had a lump on her forehead,
and a cut on her forehead.

I asked her what she had done,
and she growled,
"nothing, can I PLEASE go to the bathroom in peace?" at me.

So, I sat outside the door,
so I could listen closely,
and through my mind,
I just kept seeing the lump on her forehead.

My sister finally came out,
and when the student left,
my mother freaked out,
and took care of my sister's head.

My sister said her head really hurt,
and my mom put a ice pack on it,
making my sister lay flat on her back.

My sister self-injured herself.
I'm not sure what I should do.

My sister self-harmed herself,
I can't loose her, too!
