I was at school one time,
and smelled something that
was really quite funky.
I was in a class
in the basement,
and the smell was really strong.
I told my teacher,
and other students
began to notice it, too.
It was a wierd smell,
sort of like, dry erase markers.
My teacher blew it off
for just a little while.
Until it got stronger,
and became sort of dizzying.
She reported it to the principle,
and other teachers were smelling it, also.
Apparently, there was a gas leak,
inside of the boiler room.
So the school was evacuated,
and we had to stand outside.
The fire department came,
along with Laclede Gas.
It turned out to be something
that was very minor,
something that was not
important enough for anyone to remember.
