sighing to myself
keeping it to myself
letting no one hear the desperation in the exhilation of my breath
they cant know how weak i am
they cant know how much pain i am in
they cant hear me cry
they cant see the saline tears slide down my cheek
they cant see all this because i wont let them
because all they see is the strength i put into disguising how weak i am
