"Moving On"
I'm moving on,
to better things.
With higher hopes,
and bigger dreams.
Where tears never fall,
on my dirt covered shoes.
Where I can feel free,
and have the right to choose.
I'm just moving on,
to a better place.
Where I can be calm,
and take my own pace.
To a place where dreams,
are not far from reach.
Love, hope and caring,
are all that they teach.
Somewhere beyond the tree's,
and the glimmering stars.
Somewhere where happiness,
doesn't seem all that far.
I'm simply moving on,
to a place where love never dies.
It's put in the open,
and not always hidden by lies.
I'm now moving on,
to a place very deep.
I just close my eyes,
and fall fast asleep.
