I watched so many years just slip away,
I felt the hope that, maybe someday.
Always tomorrow some other time,
never right now when the time was sublime.
I watched my dream as it floated away,
farther from existance day after day.

thats what I should've done I could've done that, somehow.

dribbled like a stream, far far away.

I watched as the sun rose and set and colors change,
as I sat there hoping, I know it sounds strange.
