The world bears the world's anger and frustration...but people pick certain others to internalize and externalize it.

(The ignorance of "a lack of"self introspection cannot be included in the above quote--- this is why those who have been through trauma, should have counseling, lest they be left by all who ever cared about them).
With that said....the world (everyone) could use a bit of "counseling and therapy". ;-)

i did CBT for 2 years
i did CBT for 2 years (cognative behavioural therapy) m ;;helped me way more than the crazy amplifying drugs i was being force fed poison.
