The fight that hurt both of us the most

Was the fight we had the night we broke up

In all of the time that we were together

I never meant to hurt you

I only meant to love you

And I know you meant to do the same

But that night all we did was fight

We just fought about the stupidest thing

But all I wanted was for you to believe

That I didn�t do the shit that people were telling you I did

But no matter how hard I tried to get you back after that night

Nothing seemed to work

You just thought that everything I said was a lie
