People were too

But before you left

You hugged and

Kissed me too

In the weeks

That followed

You started to say

"I love you"

And i believed it

To be true

But in the end

All i wanted

Was to be there for you

After it all ended

After everything was

Said and done

You found out that

I really wasn't the one
