I speak to you in parables

For clarity is not so clear

Can you hear my whispers?

For my whispers are singing the melody of your name

Can you feel my warmth?

For your intentions with me are unclear

Can you hear my whispers?

Or is love in this world so hard and rare?

Sleepless nights and foolish day dreams

Is this my cross to bear?



I cast a shadow like the trees above

For your presence is so far away

Priceless memories, waiting impatiently for the next day

Soaring like the doves above is the only way

For I will fly across the depths of time to find you

I will flap my wings so that we can share another day

And hopefully one day we will say that we obtained genuine blessings



Behind these sorrowful eyes lies my soul

Within this burning fire lies my heart

Walk away, no do not walk away

Maybe this was not meant to be

But I pray that you may see

For every fever breaks a sweat and breaks you down

This fever comes back every season

But will it be your soul to finally reason?

Will you be my remedy or will you walk away?

Shadows cast, she walked away

Genuine love, she is here to stay



Setting Sun, Rising Moon

Fort it is a thousand painful memories a boy will have so soon

Blank faces disappeared without a trace

Meditate in closed eye grace

This is not a taste of what is to come

For irony is the metaphor and revelation of life

And poetry is the path to peace

They walked away and yelled “check please” along the way

Walk away and rest in forgiveness

All birds will fly some day

Rest in forgiveness
