Moon rise, upon these misty rocks. I stand-alone and watch the waves tear the coast asunder.
The sea beneath me roars and foams, but I know beneath all that lies unearthly beauty.
The skies above me so clear so calm, and to them I wish to go, among them I pray to rest.
A world so beautiful as this I see, how ignorant can I be, to dismiss this beauty in front of me.
Here beside me sleeps an angel still fallen from the heavens above to bless me with undying love
The light cascades the pain is gone world left to itself I stand alone lost but not forgotten
Upon this rock I sit not weary, to grave a story to be so cheery, yet even now the angels sing
Hark now the world turns that which hurt me to hurt no more, life forgotten I feel so free
Demons lead I dare not follow, angels sing I feel so hollow, upon this rock I sit and ponder
