Another angry word from my mouth:

another nail into your wrist.

Another selfish deed:

another nail into your wrist.

I know full well what I am doing:

nailing your hands onto the cross:

nailing my Lord onto the cross:

nailing my heart onto the cross.

But, maybe, this nail can do some good:

maybe atone for the pain I've caused.

I'm just another nail,

please guide the hammer.
