There was a customer service rep Irv
Who felt he didn't deserve
To be in a job this low payin'
He did not wanna stay in
Would quit, didn't have the nerve
One day a customer called to complain
About an order, before they'd explain
Irv started yelling
'What are you telling
Me? I'd say that you are insane!'
Irv was fired, that day was his last
Customer service? That's all in the past
Now works at the local Carvel
It's soft serve ice cream he'll sell
No more screaming, he's having a blast!
