There once lived a good man named Lot

Who lived among those who were not

He said 'I'm not crazy about Sodom & Gomorrah

I'll try to improve my credit scorrah 

Buy a house, get a mortgage, move to a nicer spot'

Lot said to his wife 'Listen, dear

The Lord has been very clear

Sodom & Gomorrah will be destroyed 

At the folks here God is annoyed

We gotta get the hell outta here'

You see now the plot has thickened

The Lots had to leave real quick and

God said 'Hit the road, Mac

Better not look back

You won't like what you see, you'll be sickened'

We say God should be exalted

But in this case, I think can be faulted

Any compassion, He'd lack
