The second man Bob spoke to

Bob asked 'You have a B.A.? No?'
If we want you, we'll get back'
The third man Bob spoke to
Was different than the rest
Bob said 'B.A. Right? And Can Know?
Ok, B.A. Masters Also?'
With this man's credentials
Bob wanted to hire him on the spot
Did they eventually hire him?
No, they did not
Why didn't he get the job?
Why disqualified?
They informed him of the reason
Was overqualified
