I see Meta's been fined 1.3 billion by the E.U.

Whether euros or dollars, a lot of money for me and you 

They should pay it, if in fact, they broke the law

What's that you say? It wasn't a law, it was a rule?

Excuse me for sounding like a fool

But weren't rules made to be broken?
