If you're one of the few people who read my postings, you notice that many times the subject of those postings are news stories I see in the NY Times. I'll usually find something that gives me an idea to write about.
On some of the news stories, the Times will give the reader the opportunity to make a comment. If they accept your comment, it gets printed along with all the other comments next to the story. You're able to track how many people recommend it and you can respond to any if you care to.
I've submitted two comments within the last day to the Times. Both were rejected. I don't understand why. The Times has their own criteria for which comments gets accepted or not. Here are the links along with the comment I submitted:
Hey! Martha Stewart, you look great!
I wouldn't hesitate
To give you a 'AAA' rating
What say you and me
Get together and have some fun?
I don't care that you're 81
We can 'swap spit'
As the kids say
Wait..
Now that I think of it
If we're gonna 'swap spit'
We should do it outside
Don't want you to be accused of 'inside trading'!

Wow! Zelensky took a European tour and reaped billions in military aid?
Good for him!
My wife and I are planning on taking a European tour
and are interested in getting the same deal that he did.
Would you happen to know who he booked his tour with?
Was it Perillo?
