My trip down to the library,
Is filled with sheer delight,
The books that i discover,
Often take me to new heights.
Battered and worn are their pages,
Aged but not out of date,
For what once rang true for others,
Is pre-dominantly still the case.
Timeless are the secrets,
That seem to grace my path,
They join me with other seekers,
Other knowledge sharks.
I browse through the bookshelves,
A title catches my wandering eye,
I am instantly engrossed,
And the hours pass quickly by.
