A quilt of beauty lays before my feet,
These tired feet have travelled far,
They need rest.
The blisters scar my broken skin,
I stop mesmerized by the elegence,
That has befallen me.
A tear rolls down my cheek,
I see a face appear in the clouds,
A gracious face that befits the elegence of this kingdom.
Never before have i gazed upon,
The luschious wispy strands of grass at my feet.
I dare not place my foot upon its mantle,
What is the feeling that this evokes?
What fills my bones with love and hope?
Surely a greater power than mine,
A light, pure, sweet and divine,
Capturing souls and making them shine!
