If you cared for me at all

Do me this one favor

If you ever run into me please don’t stop to say hi

Just do your own thing please just pass me by

Pretend that you don’t see me standing there

Pretend that I was never apart of your existence

If you care at all please please just keep your distance

I’m trying so hard to start over and move on

So if I see your face I may just break down again

Remembering before, then realizing again that you’re gone

As much as I care about you

If I saw you first I would want to run up to you and hug you

ask you how you’ve been

But I would have to be strong ,

and walk the other way instead of going towards you

I would force myself to turn around

Because I know That’s whats best for me

If I don’t see you

If I don’t speak to you

That’s the only way I will be able to stop holding on

So that I can move forward instead of moving back

I have to keep going & keep my mind on the right track

So please if you care for me at all

Don’t call

Everyone was right I don’t deserve to be treated bad

But I wont hold any grudges I wont be mad

Don’t worry in the end we’ll both be better off

Someday my voice will disappear within your laughter

And Ill find the Love that I’ve been after
