Why I Write
People don't understand
that this is a part of me
they ask why do you write
and i say its an expression i use
to vent out my feelings
i just do it
there's no right or wrong
i release what i feel
until they're all gone
you may say it seems like
a hallmark card
but what i write
are the feelings i have in my heart
I dont write for anyone else but me
and its ok if you dont see
all the feelings that i release
my poetry is for my understanding
for me to reflect
so no matter how cliche
or condense
my poetry is me
no one else
