Mom
To a mom who is so special,
To a mom who always cares,
To a mom who loves me dearly,
And is always there.
To a mom who sometimes starts
An argument between us.
Though she's almost always right,
I can never fuss.
With all the problems that I have,
My mom's the one who understands.
And when I am upset or sad,
She reaches out to take my hand.
To a mom who disagrees
With most of my decisions.
She always helps me out,
Always with precision.
I write this poem to you, mom,
To show you that I care,
To show you that I love you,
And that I'm always there.
