Ham and egg mornings

and coffee qafternoons

days filled with laughter

hugs and kisses in the lamp light

all these are my memories

time's we spent together

when we were in love

when you believed in me

and told me your ddreams

and I still believed in you

and told you mine

and ours

But now you are a stranger

someone I once knew

now you are gone

and we have both changed

and the moon would fall from the sky

if you should

ever knock on my door again
