I am not a preacher man
So don`t expect me to be talking about the life to come
I am just a simple man ready to pay my dues
For whatever I did on earth
This world is no place for Jesus no more
Carpenters are now using nail guns
People are driving cars and flying
What choice of transportation will he have
A stick shift or automatic
An suv or luxury car
Or just a taxi
How will Jesus feel whenever he pass by
And one man says" nice cloth Je"
How will he react to the taxi driver who yields at him
Will he go nuts at hustlers trying to sell "what will Jesus do " braclet?
Or will the vendors let him go for throwing them out the church
Don`t get me wrong
I have nothing against him
But I just have concern about his mission
Will he be unemployed or get fired for being disobedient to labor laws
Then what will he do
Disturbing the peace will give him time in jail
Roaming in the street will get him a ticket for jaywalking
There are just too many Judas these days
And that aren`t gonna make it easy for him
Just don`t get me wrong
I am not a preacher man
I am just a simple man
