Living in this world so cold
Just trying to get a hold
To what she use to know
But now it’s just about to blow
A hell that’s home
Just getting by on her own
Wanting to escape
Even though she’s ready to break
Nobody can see it in her face
Just all a disgrace
Hidden behind walls
Everyone makin’ her own calls
Strapped down
Just wanting to be found
Lookin for some kind of security
But shut down from her impurities
Drifting apart
Ever since the start
Dying inside
Wanting to fly outside
Trapped with these broken wings
Left with all these useless things
So far from where she used to be
Waiting just be set free
Wanting to feel alive
Just all a strive
Hopelessly trying
Even though she’s crying
Just to make it through the day
With so much she wants to say
Holding it back
Of what she seems to lack
Forcing that everlasting smile
Except every once in a while
Feeling she is falling
Now basically crawling
She’s weak
Getting ready to leak
All the pain and suffering
No longer covering
Removing that mask
Of her tragic hidden past
Raw and open
Just left unprotected and chokin’
