I suffer from
'I'm not your doctor' syndrome

I'm loaded
With aches and pains and
Sometimes
I shit blood, but
"I'm not your doctor"
"So there's nothing I can do about it"

So there's nothing I can do about it.

My teeth are rotting as surely as my brain
But, "I'm not your dentist"
"And you're much too poor for me to be"

So I'm left to take care of my own damned self
Which is something
I've never been
Any good at.
