in a blackened deep coma
sinful man stands
suffering eyes lock
fixated greed
drowning in self
constant stripping
of character
down to bare bone
lies hunger unknown
soft skeleton carries
a body so broken
words left unspoken
silent deafening scream
tries to erase
fatal mistakes
formally begotten from sin
a worth of nothing
standing naked before himself
having nothing to grasp
(will death ever breathe?)
only in defeat
dying just to live
so sinful man won't you live?
