To Jason, Postpoems' Webmaster, Administrator And Creator; Our Publisher

Jason, I thank you for this wondrous site you named postpoems;

the finest of all poetry sites, it is more like our homes'

main rooms in which one meets---with neighbors, friends, sisters and brothers,

Thank you for publishing my poems, among so many others.

Author's Notes/Comments:

In several of his Collected Letters, the great American Poet, Wallace Stevens, repeatedly asserted the great debt of gratitude he felt toward his publisher, Alfred Knopf.  Stevens taught me much in the third decade of my life; in my longest corporate emploment, I used several of his administrative procedures---including what he called his "freight yard" method of arranging files.  But the foremost lesson he taught me was, I now realize, was the gratitude one owes to one's publisher---whether that publisher produces printed books, or provides a website.  Hence, I offer this to our publisher, Jason, to whom I will be forever grateful for the privilege of membership in postpoems.
