Soul mates Your poetry loves me
it lives, eats and breathes me
it begs expression, it begs to see the light
it tosses you over and over at night
it fusses and fusses you every day
it sparks the fuse that explodes creatively
it constucts itself around the idea of me
it must speak of its love of formations
and elaborations but to you
I can offer nothing It will not sway me
I have plotted my course
start light star bright you shall not see
my love tonight, though your poetry
whimpers and cries in
of begging into existence this is your
token of declared everlasting love
and i look upon it not
my love, not lover of my life
for it chases me too fiercely
write no more tokens of misused love
for us it is not written here in verse.
Not this lifetime, though perhaps the next.

they should always know better my love :(

this is my fav part I just love how it is worded, its exactly how I feel when i read a poem that really hits home and gets how I feel

YOU are FABULOUS!, yes he is a fool, but hes so cute too writing me poerty because he knows i love it, but I am taken. he unfortunately exaggerated things and I prefer real compliments, sincere like my own if it is not true it is not a complement it is an insult. there fore if its not worthy do not say it. I know you understand this so thankyou my dear. it was his eagerness to use poetry for me not me as his poetry it makes an immense difference. I think you can understand. hugs and grinSS

I hear ya I know exactly how you feel there is nothing worse then when guys try to use poetry to get to me, and I agree whole heartily, if its not legit it sucks. when someone says something just to look good or to be nice you can tell.
