Lies

The darkness is laughing at me,
I want it to be quiet, not speak.
The sound is getting too loud,
but make it louder before I find out.
Because silence brings out the
truth.
The kind no one can handle.
So tear it up and throw it away.
Lies, everyday.
Exactly how it shouldn't be,
but, of course, it helps us.
You and me.

Author's Notes/Comments:

I found this in my old poems, and I think I wrote it last year.

We come in silence for it

We come in silence for it speaks volumes of our words, Words are power but it is our actions that speak loudly of us. Words can find us, bind us, words can drive us, define us, words can blind us, lie to us, defy us. So we come in silence for it speaks volumes of our words.

this is not the end, this is not the begining of the end, this is merely the end of the begining.
