Stronger
You're stonger than that you say
but how does one know...
It takes a lot,
The strength is there to get through the day
but how do you keep on going
When everything is falling apart..
One step at a time they say
but where to start
sometimes it's hard to find your way
The shadows loom just waiting
to engulf you in their gloom
keep fighting it, don't give in
you're stronger than that
but why the testing,
the never ending challenges
something has gotta to give
eventually it will make you break
then where to start
to put back the pieces
and mend that broken heart
someting you never thought you wanted
taken away so fast
it's pretty hard to remain stronger than that...
I will keep on fighting
what choice do I have
but the shadows remain
at the end of the day..
is it really true....
Am I really stronger than that.....
