Testing Waters
Tears of sweet honey run
down her cheeks-
"Why do you cry?" I ask.
"Sigh", "I started free falling
but I crashed into nothing,"
she replied.
"Searching everywhere to find
my spark in life, when
everything I searched for in
everyone was always in you."
She began to cry again,
so I comfort her, embracing
her...
She says, "In the morning
when I wake the nightmare
will be over." I wept, she ask,
"Why do you cry?"
I replied, "This is not a dream,
I died two days ago while you
were chasing waterfalls, I
came to say my final 'good-bye.'
