  I see a star shining brightly in the still of the night.

  To feel a ray of sunshine when the sun makes not it's light.

  And have a glad and happy song within my heart today;

  Even though the problems grow and I know not the way.



  No matter what shadows fall and try to dim the view,

  Nor how the raindrops spread misery through and through.

  I always feel the presence of my Lord and dearest friend.

  He takes my hand and gives me hope with peace and joy within.
