Not sure whether the love that i feel is enough,

all the roads i have traveled led me to us,

now the ending has passed and we live in the after,

at the end of the book, we're the desired missing chapter,

i felt a heartbeat that kept me in my seat,

while she danced on stage feet in rhythym with the beat,

fell in love with her at that exact moment,

maybe it was always hidden, but it showed itself that moment,

one life so own it, don't let a little time,

worry you and make you feel confined,

a heartbeat is all i need, i can't leave or stay,

i can't leave us behind this way,

if we're going to crash and burn, knuckles up,

i'm going along for the ride, i buckled up,

no matter what i think of it never seems right,

which is why i crash and burn slow each night.
