if i ask every man with a wedding ring,
do you think each would say the same thing?
it was the right time to her a ring,
allow me to look back and i'll see,
that we came a long way to be a we,
such a shame it was a short time that she
would smile at my stares and care about me,
from where we came to where we ended,
always leads me to a question, i'll never send it,
my life is a rusty bike frame that bends if
i think of the words she spoke to end it,
never before have i held on after
the chapter she ended it, heart disaster,
a giant hole in my chest, someone pass me plaster,
i wish to fill in the hole left after i asked her.
